You'll be with us for around three hours in total. We'll start with a welcome and safety briefing. We'll then go into the field with our group of female alpacas and their young ones. We'll follow them as the graze and roam around the field. We'll tell you about alpacas and try to answer your questions.We'll then take feeding to a group of male alpacas very accustomed to handling. We'll be hands-on with them prior to putting headcollars on them and taking them for a walk. We'll be walking for around 40 minutes in total.You'll then spend a little time in our Shepherd's Hut learning a bit more about fleece and what happens to it after shearing. Then its time for fresh coffee, or tea, and baked-for-you Trekkers Cake. This will either be in our sunny sitooterie on a warm and dry day, or in our cosy bothy.
